Gretna IT is also known as Computer Aid Plus. CAP was founded in Lincoln in 2006, born out of a desire to provide top notch IT services while demonstrating an unparalleled customer experience. It’s a fact of life. You call the computer place when your machine quits and you have to get that report out. Breakdowns never happen when you have free time, do they?
We strive to educate our clients on good computer hygiene habits. Simple systems are more reliable, so if you don’t use that 4th browser installed on your PC we encourage you to remove it.
Every system, new and used, goes through our 5 point tune-up. We fully patch Windows, we remove resource hogging bloatware, we tweak various settings to get as much performance as is possible, we read and evaluate event logs and verify your endpoint protection is working as it should.
